Biography
Asma Imadi is a Mental Health Counselor who supports adolescents and adults by creating a compassionate and culturally attuned space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. She works with clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, communication difficulties, and life transitions.
Asma is especially committed to fostering self-exploration, insight, and awareness as pathways to growth and authentic living. She also has a growing interest in interpersonal dynamics and hopes to expand her practice into couples therapy in the future.
Alongside her clinical work, Asma is passionate about community outreach and mental health awareness. She believes in reducing stigma and encouraging open, empathetic conversations around wellbeing.
Outside of therapy, Asma enjoys reading thrillers and horror novels, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her two cats, Coco and Noor.

Asma’s work is grounded in a humanistic and mindfulness-based framework, integrating evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, REBT, and IPT. She believes growth happens in spaces where individuals feel genuinely seen, heard, respected, and supported.
